What are the advantages and disadvantages of Background App Refresh please ? Thanks.
 
When you open an app, it's already showing information newer than the last time you opened it, so minimal delay in presenting new data. Downside is an impact on battery life.

The balance between the two is app specific, some developers over use it and so impact battery life with minimal benefits.

So should I leave it enabled or disabled ? Or select only certain apps to have it enabled for?
