Background buffering problem on youtube with chrome and OSX

I have a problem, I don't know if it's OSX problem, chrome problem or youtube problem, I hope you all can help me.
As I said I have a mbp with osx 10.8.3, very often I have multiple tabs open on chrome, if I open a video on youtube, pause it and then change tab, for example macrumors, the youtube video stops buffering. It seems somehow that something is blocking the buffering on the background window, I suppose it's a chrome problem but I don't know where to ask for it. Do you know how to help me?

Go to System Preferences->Flash Player pane and delete all the cache files in Flash Player. See if that helps.
