iPhone Background goes black when pulling down NC when using Winterboard

If I have a theme activated in Winterboard my background goes black as soon as I start too pull down notification center. Seems to be, when your theme sets a wallpaper instead of the normal wallpaper you set through Settings.app. Anyone know what's causing this? And is there a fix? Thanks
 
No fix for NC when using an HTML widget? It's bothering me enough I've stopped using a widget on my SB, I guess I use NC more Han I used to.
