This is just to let people know that there may be a bug in this update, at least for me anyway. The new update includes badges that show if an app is backgrounded or not.

The update adds the following Mobile Substrate Addon: fono46xspringboardextensions which controls the badges on the icons as mentioned above.

What's happening on my end is that my screen is being displayed in only the top left corner instead of full size. After a bit of testing (couple hours) starting with uninstalling new and recent tweak updates I finally narrowed it down to this using iCleaner Pro.

I've disabled the addon and things are now the way they should be. Unfortunately quite a few of my icons are now jumbled around on the springboard so I have to go and put them back. I'm ok with that considering that I still have my jailbreak and a functioning phone.

But I wanted to let people know and then see if maybe it's just me, or if it's actually the tweak. I don't know if the issue affects iOS 7 users or not (this was an iOS 7 compatible update).

I'm not seeing this problem in the last update. I know Flex had this issue in the past with some tweaks.
Hmmm…ok. Probably a conflict with another tweak of mine then. Thanks for the input!
