Is there a tweak/app that will allow me to add a picture from my camera roll as the wallpaper for a sms conversation (using the stock messaging app)

Also is there a way to change the color of the bubbles?

Been on the search for this as well. It's nearly impossible to google - Messages theme bubbles SMS you get everything else under the sun. I'd like to change the background or an overall dark theme, guess the only way so far is to use biteSMS.

I did find this while scrolling through Cydia - Message Bubble Colors.

Bitesms let's you do this. There are a few themes that come preinstalled. I also believe there is direction on how to modify themes on bitesms' website.

This is from the 1st page of the Helpcenter Sticky.

Just make a folder and call it whatever you want, like SMS Wallpaper.

Inside that folder place the picture you want and name it SMSBackground@2x.png.

I've done it and it works, however it looks horrible (dark black) and the original background is there for a split second.

I used a 1136x1136 image. Remember the time date info on that screen is colored to best stand out on that bland background.
