Backgrounder badge

hi iPhoners,

if you have jailbroken your phone and use the great backgrounder, but you do not like the backgrounder badge, maybe you want to use mine:

just replace the file badge.png in the directory

/private/var/stash/Applications.pwn/Backgrounder.app

with the file from here. i use the nice glasklart theme, modified.

you can also color it red, e.g., looks nice too...

Thanks for the share. I was using LeoBadge but didn't really like those either.

Dropped it in, now gonna turn on a bunch of stuff and see how it looks.

Some people actually want to see which apps have been backgrounded.

I just jb, I like your theme. How do I get your badge? Just go to the thread and drag the image of your badge to my desktop? Or can I just double click it to download it, I am writing this on my iPhone, I don't have Internet on my laptop, but was just wondering when I get online how to get your badge? I like your glaklart theme and if I did a similar theme the badge would be nice. When you go into the backgrounder app does your badge show up? Can you still turn your badges on and off?

He did, it's the little arrows badge beside the Skype icon to the right side. Right click on it to save to your computer.

It actually makes sense here... Someone asked why have the icons and another said so they can tell what's running.

You can also use Kirakae, which is free and by the creator of backgrounder.

Take a look at LockInfo as well then. It's really cool and one of the main reasons I jailbreak.

It is still in beta so there are a lot of updates for it and some problems occur from time to time but the dev fixes them quickly. Worth a look.

no, you do this over your laptop and a wifi connection. if you are running windows, then you use the program WinSCP.
you must read about this way to connect to your phone, the rest is written in the start post.

you also need sbsettings and the backgrounder app from cydia. the latter is for manually shut down programs which backgrounder keeps open (if i may say so).
there are a lot of themes for winterboard too. well you must try and see. the glasklart theme is not made by me, i just use it. ;-) the author is maxthemes.com , ... or so...
