Backing up Calendar???

Having just gone through a trauma of thinking I had lost my calendar data I would like to keep a back up. How can I keep a backup either automatically or manually of my my mobileme calendar. I run win7 64 and outlook 2010? TIA.

MobileMe should be Syncing with Outlook via the MobileMe Control Panel (check it). If so, your PST File will have your Calendar and Contact information. If you use Outlook IMAP to access your mail then your Mail would be there as well (have it copy all content not just headers). You will need to CLOSE the PST File and then back it up. I had a program that I used where it would run a script to close the file before doing the backup daily but I am on a Mac now where Time Machines handles that for me and can't remember the details.

Thanks for getting back to me. But according to Mobileme support the cal data is not stored in any pst since the upgrade.

Thanks for that, that is what Apple refered me to. I was hoping for some automatic solution.
