Backing up installer sources

I am interested in upgrading to 1.1.4, but it takes so much time to re-install everything, which I could deal with, but I am not sure where I got all of my installer sources, and have added them for one reason or another so I would like to keep them.

So is there a way to make a backup of these sources (short of going through and writing everyone of them down)?

Yesterday I was searching for installer sources on google and came across one site that let you make your own custom installer source. That would be a good way to do it, only remember one source and have it install all the others.

I appogize however because I do not remember the website.
