I'm a little confused by some of the terminology relating to backups and syncing.
We have 2 iPods that do not sync with our Mac. They are tied in to the same iCloud account but I don't think that matters for this question.
Right now both iPods are backing up to iCloud because there are apps on each (mostly large games) that we don't want to have kept in iTunes on the Mac.
But is it possible to back up the iPods to the Mac without syncing? So that I don't have to keep all of these large games on the Mac?
