Backlight Keyboard Sequencing

I am not asking if I can change the physical color of the backlighting, but rather the way and possibilities of changing the backlight sequencing. If you watch the first 10 seconds of this video it shows a unique sequence of the backlight keyboard and was hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

Maybe some app? There was some dance app that did that years ago. Or maybe the person did that in some video editing program. What ever it is it not from Apple.
