Guys can you post pictures of what your iPads look like on full brightness with just a black image.

Im onto my 3rd iPad now due to screen issues... and I have a horrible spot where the black looks yellowish due to the light bleed...

I dont want to go back to the apple store and complain for a 3rd time for a swap... il feel completely stupid... and like I am just being an awkward customer...

Another reason I dont really wonna go back is because next week il be attending an Apple hiring event at the same store.. and I dont want any of the employees to notice me and be like "Hey theres the guy whos swapped 3 iPads how fussy..."

So if anyone could spare the time could you please post images of your screens on full brightness with a black image..

If they are much better than mine then I guess I will have to go in for a 4th replacement...

maybe wait until after the event? If you get hired, you'll have a captive audience then..

FWIW I just looked at mine at full brightness and it seems fine on images with black in them. I don't have any all black images handy..

I also noticed that at full brightness with auto off.. It's almost painful on the eyes..!

I am worried that after the event il be out of the 14 day return policy.. then I wouldnt be able to return or swap would I?

Personally, I think that unless you're having a clearly defective amount of light leak, another iPad won't be any better.

Heck, $500 monitors & TVs often have light leak. I wouldn't expect an iPad to be better.

If you're looking for a professional-quality screen in the iPad, you're going to be disappointed.

I'm not sure if its enough to get a swap over, it distracts me while watching videos or looking at a images with black backgrounds.

Can anyone post some pics of how there screens look like on full brightness with just a black image please?
