What are people's experiences with this? I think it's rubbish. It never works - has a more complex interface than the previous version and constantly 'fails' when backing up. It's also crashed a few times.

I totally Agree, when trying to restore files I had to try many times before it actually worked, It was slow and would leave it for about 30 minutes and nothing happened.

Same. I don't feel safe backing up all my stuff now! The previous version, while simple, actually worked very well. They seem to have tried to do a little too much. This version won't back up your actual music files, you have to specify it. Grrr!
