I found OpenBackup to be great at restoring Cydia apps (and possibly settings). I don't mind restoring my iPhone every once in a while because OpenBackup alleviates time taken to install all my Cydia apps, tweaks, and theme. However, it doesn't restore Activator settings.

Not considering PKGBackup (cost $), are there any free Cydia apps or a solution to backup Activator settings?

Settings -> activator -> assignment -> backup assignment settings?

Don't forget about the .plist file!
