I am not very familiar with everything and I haven't made full use of my iPhone now.

I'd like to know if it's possible to automatically backup everything and every change quickly, if not instantaneously, to the iCloud by itself and if I loss my phone at any time, I'll be able to erase everything on the phone if network is still luckily connected.

And how?

Approximately how long does it take to erase everything on the phone if connected to cellular network only?

If you have an iCloud account, your iPhone can be made to back-up there every night it is connected to Wi-Fi and connected to a charger.

That back-up will be stored in your account and kept up to date. Should you loose your iPhone, all the data can be downloaded to a new device (photos, data, texts, call logs). Obviously you'll loose any data not back-up, so realistically the day's data.

However, your iCloud account must have enough storage for this to work. In other words, the free iCloud plan will not work as that only provides 5GB of free storage and an iPhone usually uses the 50GB option which is $0.99/month.

You have many options. You can use a Mac or iCloud to store a backup of your iPhone. You can also back-up your iPhone to an external drive by creating a symbolic link in your Mac's system folder -- if you want to save storage space. There are many Youtube videos available on how to set it up.

No macbook or other Mac computer. I only have desktop PC. Not subscribing to 50GB. Can I just make backup to my PC?

I never used a Windows PC to do it but I understand it is possible. Apple says you need to download the iTunes for Windows app.

You can do it. However, you'll need to tell iTunes to set it up that way. However, what you wanted was wireless back-up and iCloud is the only automatic wireless way to do so.

It’s not about that. Normally, you don’t have all 64GB filled. I have a 256GB storage 12 Pro on a 200GB iCloud storage plan. The iPhone backup itself is only ~68GB.
