I am looking at the archive of the memories of my Mac and i noted that a huge parte (29gb for a 1 month old mac) is occupied by backup.
I was currently using and external drive to backup my mac with data machine, so I would have not expected to have such a huge amount of space of the ssd occupied by it.
Is it normal? Should i do a kind of maintenance about it? I was wondering that if in such a short time I got so much, within 6 months my SSD will be totally full of backups, is this a right thought or i should not worry, it is normal for OSX.
Could someone explain me how it works and if I should clean the memory once in a while for the backup section?
