I was just curiuos why/how if itunes backs up your iPhone at every sync, why/how can you restore your phone from it's last backup??? Any help would be much appreciated :)

i only know how to do it on a PC (i'm assuming the Mac version of itunes is the same). when your phone is listed in iTunes, right click on it and select restore from backup. hope that helps ^^

When you hit the restore button on the summary page, it will ask you if you want to set it up as a new phone or restore from a backup. There will be a date listed so that you can choose the most recent. After a couple of backups I go in and delete the older ones.

The reason you would want to do this is if you are having problems with the phone.

Hope this helps!:D
