Hey all

I would really like to take some apps off of an older iPad (running iOS 9) to put them on an iPadOS 13 iPad.
Does anybody know how to do this?

I tried iTunes 12.6.3.6, but I can't authorize the computer and can't log in to my iTunes account (tried it on two Windows computers, I can't 'downgrade' iTunes on the Macs)... It feels like Apple stopped supporting it.
On the Apple discussion forum I noticed someone said 12.6.5.3 was the latest version to support backing up apps as of late 2019, but I don't know if this is still true and can't find this version online?

Anybody know any way to do this? Any input greatly appreciated!!

Thank you!

EDIT: I'm sorry! Just noticed this is in the Mac apps section... Not sure if I can move it myself?
My bad... topic doesn't belong here!
