Hello,

In my photos library I have close to 15,000 photos.
and I noticed that the library is very slow and I have noticed duplicates and junk photos, like screenshots and things like that in my library. I want to export all my photos and create a new library, but I want to retain all my descriptions and keywords for all the photos.

my other problem is, I want to have a second backup that all the photos are in a folder by year or album.

what is the best way to have this done? should I just manually export the new photos each time I backup my photos? is there a applescript or automator that I can have run once a week to auto export to a temp folder, that I can go and organise the photos to proper folders?
