Backup setup of Categories possible?

To save myself some time setting up my iPhone, is there an app to take a snapshot of your Categories Folder setup and then allow you to restore them? I imagine something like,

1 Update JB Firmware.
2 Install Apps.
3 Install Cydia Apps.
4 Categories Folder setup restore.

SBOrganizer lets you arrange them on the device and I see PkgBackup v3.1.0 will save your SBLayout when released, but no news if that includes Categories folders?
