Sine part of the compromise is the smaller HDD in the MPA, external drives (Time Capsule included) are a necessity for the ever growing media files that won't fit into the 80G (or 64G) HDD. What are people's backup strategy? And here I mean backup of a backup. Say, if I have all my iTunes music/movie/TV shows on the Time Capsule, how do I backup that to an another external HDD?

I have a Western Digital Passport portable hard drive (250GB) and I put all my data on there and in the air itself (i.e. iTunes and iPhoto on the portable external and documents and things on the air)

I also have a 500GB MyBook from Western Digital. That is my time machine backup for my internal HDD and also holds redundant copies of my iTunes and iPhoto libraries.

Not the most streamlined way, but hey, it works for me!!!

I already have a 1/2TB lacie drive in which I store all of my media files.
I plan to get a time capsule which I will use to backup both my Air and my external drive
