Backup transfer?

I am going to the apple store to get a new iphone today, I have backed up all my information though the itunes snyc and created a back up file. I was wondering if I can restore the backup file of my old phone on to the new I will be reciving today?

Yes. When you plug your new iPhone into iTunes for the first time it will ask if you want to set up as a new phone or restore from a previous back up. I'm guessing you will know what to do from there.

ok thanks, do you know if this will port my email accounts and vpn setting?

It will restore everything. It will be like you never got a new phone.
