Backup User Data?

I was just wondering if there is a way to back up user data. Not Contacts or 3rd party apps. As in application data like for example: iXpenseIt records or like games high scores etc.

No one? is there even a way to save that kinda data?

goto /var/mobile/Applications/

In there you will find a bunch of numbers and letters folders and inside of them will have blabla.app and a few folders. Copy the Documents Folder for the app and that should save the settings
