you must have heard this problem a few times before.

i own a copy of Star wars Battlefront but the little sticker on the back of the cd case that has the cd key on it is missing 4 digits. I have 21 of the necessary 25 digits in the cd key. my friend said look it up on google and i couldnt fin anything accept. https://www.aspyr.com/page.php/battlefront_keys/ which doesnt work anymore.

does anyone know how i can get the last 4 digits... fast?

That company is one of the best out there for people who get bad cd keys. If you have one you can easily call them and ask them to give you a new one but you have to provide proof of service.

Slightly reminds me of the "I hate Aspyr 'cause their games require a CD check" thread, and all the "I legally bought the game" people complaining about how bad it is to insert a CD into a computer.

Ask your friend to provide proof of purchase and Aspyr will give you a CD key, though since he had it written on a piece of paper, I doubt your mate bought the game.

Thats what I would do. In the past a copy of the original CD would prove ownership.

Wow, people are not helpful to a poor person with a legit issue.

If "just Google it" doesn't work (more helpful than criticism, but still not very specific), call Aspyr:

http://support.aspyr.com/index.php?x=&mod_id=2&root=14&id=362

"The serial number is located on a white sticker on the back of the CD case. This number should be five sets of five characters separated by dashes. If you have an incomplete or missing serial number, or are experiencing any other type of serial number issue, call our support line at 1-512-708-8100 so we can remedy the problem for you."

thank you if i had asked him how fast can u use google i would have been thoroughly impressed with his answer. but with that handy bit of superfluous information :D i got my cd key and the game works well, i just wish my internet was temporarily on dial up and i would be kicking peoples asses online. starwars battlefront takes like 5 minutes to finish.. but i just want to own real people.

thanks alot
