What are your experiences with the customer care at CalDigit? I wrote several emails to their office here in Europe. In the beginning they answered and requested more data. Then all of a sudden they stoped communicating. No answers on my friendly reminders. My TS3 plus dock is having issues (a hissing sound and no stable connection).
I bought that device through Apple. They referred me to CalDigit. There is still warranty applicable.
Did you have the same experience with that company? Do you have any advice for? Many thanks.
