Bad Decision Blocker Question about incoming texts

Hey guys and gals...

I just have a quick questions: Does the app "Bad Decision Blocker" block INCOMING calls or texts? I am thinking about buying this app because I'm sick up waking up to all the texts I sent out that I probably shouldn't have sent. BUTTTTT, if someone does text me, I would like to be able to text them back (or answer their call). So, is this possible? Any help would be great people...

No. It does not block incoming calls or texts. No App on the app store is allowed to do this. You're only option for an app like this is to Jailbreak.

thanks for the reply. I guess I was more asking this......

"If someone sends me a text message and they are on my banned list, can I reply to it (or are replys blocked as well)??"
