Bad experience iMac 27

I just got a refurb core i7 iMac a few months and my airport card stopped working so I had to lug this behemoth to the store to be told I had to leave it there and get it whenever it is ready. Does anyone have any comments as to how long this should take?

I asked the genius that question, he said he would think tomorrow but they do not give dates of completion.

you can call applecare to get them to pick it up next time! They just don't advertise it as a service because it saves them money!
Ow and I would advise you to get some applecare. if you want to save money get it off ebay Just check their feedback first!
