I ordered my 2nd mini sata cable last friday, still hasnt shipped. I emailed them last night and still havent received a reply. Anyone else having issues with them lately?
 
I got an email back from them stating they were expecting a big shipment of supply in this week. At least I heard from them, but wish I had a more concrete date on arrival....my new hard drives get here by tomorrow....2TB worth!
 
Same here. I've placed my order on sunday. Still processing.
No answer to my mails.
Looks they´ve run out of stock.
If you check now the part is out of stock.

Hope they will ship it or I'll have to cancel my order and look somewhere else.
As other users discover that a second hdd can be added to their new mac, it will be difficult to find that part.

update: This guys are not answering my emails and via chat they say they cannot access my order number. I think that they are acting irrisponsibly. Also there's no way to cancel my order online.
My credit card has been charged already. Any other with this problem???

Mine shipped today, you guys seem rather impatient to me. I had placed my order last Saturday and didn't hear anything until Wednesday evening, but did finally get an email.

I think they got hit with a bunch of orders. The email I got the guy said they might sell 2 of these a month, so only had 3 in stock when all these orders came in. Today they got there order in from Apple. So, not only did mine ship, but so did others. They are also showing they are in stock, so apparently they got more in than they had already sold.

Thus far I'd say my experience has been excellent and NO before anyone pipes up, I don't work for Mac Parts Online. I am just a customer just like all of you, just a patient customer.

I think they got hit with a bunch of orders. The email I got the guy said they might sell 2 of these a month, so only had 3 in stock when all these orders came in. Today they got there order in from Apple. So, not only did mine ship, but so did others. They are also showing they are in stock, so apparently they got more in than they had already sold.

Actually I am quite patient however, my biggest issue was the lack of communication, most companies I have dealt with will email me to say he FYI the part you ordered is now out of stock we dont know when it will be back in stock, MPO did email me eventually (2 days later) for me that's too long. I did receive confirmation that my order was filled yesterday (friday) so one week for a part that was out of stock is not bad, I am not knocking them on that, it's more for a lack of communication.

I totally get what you are saying, but to me 2 days for a reply doesn't seem that long. These online stores generally only have a couple of people running them. This Mac Store Online doesn't strike me as a huge online business making tons of sales, but your point is well taken.

Same here. They shipped my order on friday. I second your opinion about the lack of contact.

give the benefit of the doubt to MPO....someone on this forum said that they sold the cable and I'm sure 100 people jumped on it within seconds...MPO probably couldn't keep up....it happens...

My point exactly! I don't consider a 2 day wait for a reply a bad experience, but hey different stokes for different folks!
