I bought an iPhone 6 Plus from someone off Glyde, but the speaker is blown out bad. Everything is scratchy and distorted. Would an Apple Store replace if under warranty, or is my only recourse to reject the phone and send it back?

TIA

If it is outside of warranty, you are on your own and I doubt that Apple will touch it. You could either get it repaired yourself or send it back.

If it has AppleCare, you should be able to get it replaced. Make sure to make an appointment online to get a genus to look at it vs just walking in.

If the AppleCare has expired, I would send it back.

Ok guys, back it goes. I am really pissed. It took two weeks to get here thanks to the holidays. Now it goes back.
