Just pulled the trigger yesterday on a nice new 21" iMac for my wife. The one with the slightly better video card. Got an e-mail just now from Apple (Canada) telling me that my iMac has shipped! But, due to bad weather, its delivery will be delayed. I got a chuckle out of that. Don't think I've ever heard bad weather given as a reason for delayed arrival. Anyway, serves me right for switching to a Mac 3 years ago, now my wife insists that I get her a new PC "just like yours". .....

Lol if its a ship it should go in any weather. A freight ship is different from a passenger ship:D If its going on a plane though then it might be grounded...

You live in Ontario, and you've NEVER had a shipment delayed because of weather??? REALLY? You must not order very much. ;)

lol  Point is - I've never had any other company send me such an e-mail admitting a delay for any reason. Apple does lots of stuff I don't agree with, but they do so much that I do agree with.
