Badges for iCal

So I've been using Rainlendar to keep track of my daily events for years, but now that I brought a subscription to MobileMe, I've been using iCal more. The only thing that I don't like about iCal is that I can't figure out how to get badges for my daily events (ie: If I have 5 things on my iCal calendar for Wednesday, I want to just to have a badge with the number 5 in it.)

I don't think there is an option for this, but I'd love to know if there was an app that can sync with iCal that can provide such a service. Thanks in advance.

Okay, I found the answer to my question. There's an app called "Today!" that does pretty much exactly what I asked in my original post. It works great so far. Hopefully this will help some of you guys out.
