My 4 year old decided to draw with a ball point pen on my iMac screen. I tried using the iKlear cleaning product I bought at the Apple store but it did not remove it. Any suggestions for how to remove the pen marks?

it is about a year old, it doesnt have a glass screen...

I'd start with 90% isopropyl alcohol (from any pharmacy). It's safe with most plastics (do a small test-spot first, of course). After that, it's a crap-shoot -- next, I'd prolly step-up to ethyl alcohol, then methyl alcohol (in that order). Petroleum distillates aren't likely to be effective, and more aggressive solvents like acetone (fingernail polish remover) are kinda risky.

...good luck,

I can't make any suggestion but I just wanted to say avoid spraying any cleaning fluid directly to the screen. The liquid might drop down and go under your screen through the seam at the bottom.

Pretty good advice there.
