Under the iOS 13 BETA you mean. It's not uncommon for apps not to work from beta to beta. If this app is important, I'd stay on iOS 12 until the fall.

Delete and reinstall. Should be fine.

Already tried that. If you try to use a chat room or send a private message it freezes.
