Band for tiny wrists and arthritic fingers?

I gave my 83 year old mother my prized Nike sport loop. She can put it on easily and it fits her little bony wrist.
^^^^ I was leaning the same way, towards the new Sport loops.
I met a woman at the Apple Store who bought a third-party short-length Milanese loop (it was meant to fit the 42mm model, but looked fine on her 38mm version) because the standard Apple ones were too long. But, I think it's relatively challenging to manipulate the magnetic tip if one's fingers aren't very nimble anymore.
The Sport Loop is like having shoes with Velcro straps instead of laces (which is what my friends bought for me as a joke when I retired from the military).
