Banner notifications still stuck? 10.2.1

I am still having issues with notification banners-messages, ebay, alarm, etc. being stuck on the home screen. Is there a fix for this?


iPhone 7 plus, 128gb

I have the same issue. Seems to happen when I'm watching a video on YouTube and then receive a notification.

Yup, me too. They just won't go away.

There's a bug whereby when the notification banner is animating and you do something to it (e.g. Swipe it) it'll get stuck, but I don't know how exactly it can be reproduced. Usually a second swipe fixes it.
