Is there already an app that can hide menu bar apps in Big Sur. Bartender is not ready yet but I want to make the switch to the public beta.

Thanks

OK cool will try. Are you on Big Sur?
Yes!

Dozer works, but doesn't remember which icons are hidden after a system restart, so I have to move the icons again, no big deal for now.

I prefer Vanilla or Bartender, hope they support Big Sur soon.

it's a bit buggy (i know, it's a beta), and it has the exact same icon to show items as 'hidden bar' (hmmm). anyway, exploring it now...

I really like the new Bartender 4. It makes the menu bar on my MacBook usable again! New features are great.

There is a choice of icons - or even your own image. And even if the default is the same as 'hidden bar' you have ask which is copying which!

it's the "<" symbol, showing what's hidden; they both have this, the identical icon; but not urgent, just mentioning it.

LOVE the new Bartender 4... I just wish Apple would allow us to move/remove the clock and control center menubar items.
