Just being lazy here, but i was wondering when i got my mini last week it came with 4gb ram. Is that one ram module or two?

About this Mac > More Info > Memory (from the window's menu bar) will give you something like this...

...but yeah, it always comes as a pair of SO-DIMMs: it gives (marginally?) better performance than a single module.
