As others said: no. And for two products, the iMac and the Mac Mini (no Pro), the product is presented as a value proposition. That is, the price is supposed to be low enough on the sticker to attract a wide audience. Sure, by the time one orders the upgrades the price is not low, but the big printed number on the sticker in the store is what matters for marketing.
