Baseband 05.11.07...what is next baseband?

I JB'd my iPhone 3.0.1 to 3.2.1 and although successful, I did note that the new baseband is 05.11.07. When I connect to iTunes, it's asking me whether I want to update my baseband again.

What version baseband is this trying to update and anyone know what it is supposed to fix?

Itunes is not asking about your baseband, but rather your carrier file i would imagine.

Yes, I've never been asked if I want to update my baseband. I'm also sure it is the carrier file, the latest which is 5.6 I believe.

If you applied the 3.1.2 firmware to your phone, your baseband is already updated, it's a carrier file which iTunes is asking about. The two are much different.
