Basic picture editing software recommendations

to all your photog's out there....


i have a XSI , i take alot of pictures for reviews and blogs and family and such

im caught resizing pictures and cutting them up to make things.

i would like a decent software to do this in the 60-100 area.

any recommendations ?

Acorn looks good. There's a free version and a $50 version.

What about Photoshop Elements ? It's got most of the stuff of Photoshop and is around $80 on Amazon
