iPod batch convert flac/ogg to mp3

how do i do it? itunes wont recognize flac or ogg, so it wont convert them. what FREE program can i use?

max worked great. only, it doesnt read wma files... what ever, stupid wma files

Yeah, Max is amazing, although converting WMAs on a Mac is kind of a PITA.... Easiest options all involve using Windows.
