BatChmod was “a utility for manipulating file and folder privileges in Mac OS X”
The original page is gone, the last version BatChmod 1.7 beta 5 can be downloaded from https://web.archive.org/web/20220914084330/www.lagentesoft.com/batchmod/

Are there any alternative apps to BatChmod?
(I know about Terminal commands, I’m asking about apps)

For single files and folders I'm using ForkLift and to change several files at once I have just made my own quick actions with a few options to be able to change privileges recursively in a folder.

I am familiar with them. Rephrasing the question what files are you changing? Why are the standard permissions not sufficient?
If you would have searched, you would have found out why people might need a GUI app instead of two commands in Terminal.
