batery "end" indicator when reach 100%

anyone knows why when your phone X reachs 100% the symbol of charging keeps the same way as it was still charging?
i remember in other devices the symbol changes when it stops charging.

I have used cable charger, and wireless belkin charger, and more than 1 hour at 100% and it keeps charging...(looks like).

Has anyone realize of that?

i supossed that, but the symbol is the same as it was charging at other percentage...
in other devices i remember that the symbol of charging changes, like it wasnt charging no more...

Wanted to know how to truly tell if the phone is fully charged. I remember in the past when the phone was 100% and fully charged the lighting logo would turn into the small plug logo.
