Hi! Im from Mexico and I just found this forum, hopefully someone can help me out..
The battery of my macbook pro is dead.. when turned on shows an X in the battery icon and if disconnected, turns off right away.
I made a little research and yeah apparently de battery is dead and need a new one.
Now, the reason Im making this thread is because the first two days it showed me this icon, I could still log in into the computer and kind of work, it was really slow, but could enter.
I left the mac off for about a week and now that i wanted to start it to see some info about the mac, the keyboard does not work at all, the computer starts on and I need to put a password, but the keyboard just won't work.
Will changing for a new battery, fix this problem? or did something burn, or…
Will aprecciate it a lot, if someone with experience knows the answer, or have a clue about it.
May the force be with you.
