iPhone Batman Animated Weather - Theme Help Required

Hey guys!
So i found a great looking LS theme on Cydia, called "BATMAN ANIMATED WEATHER". I've downloaded it but for the love of god cannot find the var.locale in the setup files to change my weather temperature and location! the date and time work fine but sadly, no location or weather
Pls could someone dload this theme and chk out the files and location where i've to make the changes... im fairly new to jailbreak & i know ive to get my area code from yahoo oe weather.com & update the code on var.locale but i cant seem to find it on the setup.jss file
help would be greatly appreciated. I'm located in Dubai, UAE.

Is your location services on the ls uses it. I just downloaded and installed it working perfectly. i won't keep it it's OK but not great IMO.

what? sorry, i dint get u... my location services are on, in settings. is that what you meant??
PS: im on iphone 4, ios 5.1

Yes according to the dev that is the way it works and is working on my end. Try contacting the dev that's what I would do.

hmmm... yeah, i mailed the developer.
anyway, incase anyone can point me in the direction to fix this... here's what it currently looks like...(ignore my slider)

hahaha... had to install a tweak called LibWeather n then it worked perfect!
sooooo.... ive had it on for a few mins... kinda bored of it now
looks like im all bout the chase...!
