My iPhone XS dropped by 6% after, roughly, 5 months. After looking on the internet for other's people's experiences, theirs dropped by 2% at most and I'm just wondering if a 6% drop is normal because I'm planning to keep my phone all throughout college and hopefully, even more than that.

my habits are:
-charging the phone at only 93-95% at most
-charging the phone at 10-20%
-minimal usage while charging

my mistakes are:
-dropping the phone 3 times in 5 mos
-charging it up to 100% 3 times in 5 mos

and finally, I use a power bank with a quick charge feature most of the time, does that affect my battery?

hoping for your responses thank you!!!!

On my SE which is almost 2 years old, has 93% capacity, and Almist every time I charge it I go til 100%.

Not sure if it really would hurt that much to go to 100%.

I'd say it's normal. If it keeps dropping to 90% after one year, I'd be curious, not alarmed.

I wouldn't worry about it. Batteries wear.

My 8 Plus is on 88% and there's no significant noticeable change in its performance etc.

The battery wear on the XS seems to be much higher in comparison to the X.

I suspect either Apple downgraded the quality on these batteries or a future replacement program from Apple

My XS wear is very similar to yours dispite following all Apple's guidance to minimise battery wear.
