Battery charge drop 4% every time turn on iphone 13

Hi, anyone encountered this issue after getting the new iphone? got the IP13PM and every time I off the phone for bed and turn on the next day, the battery charge will drop by 4% (exactly) each time. is this normal?

I been seeing the 4% drop on my iPhone 13 Pro at times. For example, I powercycled the phone at 76% and then after boot up with was at 72%. I also saw a 100% drop to 96%. It does NOT do it every time though.

The new iPhones are never really off. Maybe it’s still doing stuff after shut down

Hope it just cause the ios 15 working in background and not gonna last long into the phone usage. interesting thing in that the one day i left my phone ON overnight, it drained the same amount (i.e 4%). Hopefully it's just a bug in software and not true reflection of batt drainage/use
