Hi, on iPhone 16 Pro with iOS 18.1, it's possible to create a shortcut that change the charge limit of the battery from 80% to 100% and also disactive optimised battery charging (the two options only for one charge, like "until tomorrow option" the iOS ask you). It will be awesome to add a button in the control center that automatically do things commands.

Thanks...

There isn’t one that I’m aware of- I tried looking when the 16 pro first came out. You can, however, create a shortcut that will take you to the battery settings menu. From there, you simply click on the charging submenu and you can adjust as desired.

For the shortcut, you make a new shortcut with open url and put this text in there:

prefs:root=BATTERY_USAGE&path=BATTERY_HEALTH_TITLE/CHARGING_OPTIMIZATION

It looks like this:

Hope this helps. I tried finding a path that would lead you directly to the charging submenu, but never did find one. Maybe someone else might know?

Thanks for the answer, I've tried adding the text to the shortcut and it opens this setting page:

Is possible to open this second page?

Thanks.

I have an historic Shortcut automation that notifies me if my charge rises above 80%.... odd thing with ios18 updates is it gets run/read out/'notification ping' whilst the phone is still configuring/installing the update!

Code:
prefs:root=BATTERY_USAGE&path=CHARGING_OPTIMIZATION

This takes you to the Battery screen, where you need to tap through to the Charging screen.

Code:
prefs:root=BATTERY_USAGE&path=BATTERY_HEALTH_TITLE

Takes you to the Battery Health screen, which isn't the best because you need to go back then go to the Charging screen.

There's no way to go directly to the Charging screen, or to set the limit using a shortcut.
