Is it alright, if i'm using my laptop with the battery removed, and just plugged in with the power adapoter?I don't know if this is good for the laptop or whatsoever, but since i use the power adapter, when i start my ibook, i hear the fan sound for a while and it starts off as usual...just wanna know if there is any damage to my ibook if i use the power adapter without the battery period...

All up in your bidness
No, it is not harmful to your iBook at all, although if you take out the battery you will be vulnerable to power outages.

It's better for the battery to keep it in the computer and topped off, but there is no harm to your iBook either way.

The other thing is that if you're doing this to preserve the battery, you might need to take some special precautions. I think that means draining the battery first, but I could have it backwards. Of course, you're also going to have this big hole in the bottom of your notebook!
