Battery cycle count

I've had my macbook air 11" for about 6 days and I'm already at a battery cycle count of 7. How many cycles can the mb air go through before we have to replace the battery? And does apple care cover this?

I had an original macbook black -- bulging battery problem, don't want the same thing to happen here :\
