Battery down to 78% - How long do I have before it goes completely?

As per the title, my first generation SE battery health just dropped to 78%, and was wondering how long I had before it goes completely. I know I need to upgrade, but hoping to put if off just a little while longer (if possible).

you could always just get the battery replaced if you wanted to keep the phone rather than upgrading it?

Below 80% is already considered dead. It'll never reach 0% or even 50%.

Pay the $60 and have Apple replace the battery. That will give you a functioning phone you don't have to worry about. It will also give you time to decide if you want to upgrade at your convenience.
